For my wedding I had chosen a blush-colored dress with a rather simple cut, and I wanted to embellish it with accessories that would pick up its color while giving it an air that was at once romantic and regal, but also vaguely bucolic. The wedding, in fact, would take place in the enchanted village of Civita di Bagnoregio, among its medieval buildings, but also close to the conifer woods and the olive-tree countryside that surround Bagnoregio, with the spectacular Calanchi valley in the background. While searching online, I immediately came across Elisabetta Sebastio’s website and her beautiful tiaras. The one I liked most was in silver with small pearls and Swarovski crystals, and it had little branches of descending heights, with extremely delicate mother-of-pearl flowers swaying at their tips. With that tiara I would have a vaguely regal appearance, but at the same time I would also evoke the image of a woodland nymph, whose features would then also be echoed by the makeup and hairstyle. As soon as I contacted Elisabetta, she suggested a series of changes aimed at perfectly coordinating the jewelry with the color of the dress and that of my hair, after which we also identified a jewelry set that matched the tiara perfectly. It consisted of a necklace, also in silver with pearls and Swarovski crystals, that picked up the little flowers of the tiara, and a pair of earrings with the same floral decoration. I also had a smaller necklace made for my little girl, who would receive her baptism that day, as well as another pair of earrings in a different color for my mother and a bracelet with the same decoration for my maid of honor. Many of the people who saw the jewelry were enchanted by its beauty and the quality of its craftsmanship, and asked me for Elisabetta’s contact details, telling me they had never seen a bride with a coordinated set of this level.
Alice GambarettoI found Elisabetta by chance on the Internet while I was looking for a tiara/crown to enrich my bridal hairstyle. When I contacted her she was so sweet, super kind and helpful. She created a simple piece of jewelry, but with a great effect, with details matching my other accessories such as shoes and earrings. At Elisabetta’s suggestion, I also had her create a pair of earrings and a hair clip for my mom, both matching my tiara/crown. All the jewelry is taken care of down to the smallest details: all the passion and creativity of this Artisan comes through in them.
I recommend trying your hairstyle before having an accessory like mine made: in fact, since I ordered the tiara/crown well in advance and specifically asked for it closed (mea culpa), I gave Elisabetta a measurement that turned out to be too large. In the end I had to cut it and use only part of it. 😥 Elisabetta was so kind as to make herself available to put it back together for me so I could keep this precious memory intact.
