We take great care to ensure every piece of jewelry arrives in perfect condition.
If the item arrives damaged, please send us a photo within 24 hours of delivery to document the issue.
You can choose between:
A free replacement (with collection of the damaged item at our expense)
A full refund
Standard Returns
We only accept returns for standard (non-custom or bespoke) items, in perfect condition, never worn, and in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings, unless the item is defective or does not match the order.

Costs & Refunds
Return shipping, customs clearance fees, and import/export duties are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of defective items or our error.
For international returns, any re-entry customs duties or local import taxes will be deducted from the refund amount.
Any bank or payment-processing fees may also be deducted.
Refunds are issued within 14 days after the returned item is inspected in our studio, using the same payment method as the original purchase.
The initial shipping cost is refunded only if the item is defective or incorrect.
During return transit, the item remains the customer’s responsibility until it reaches our studio.
